Actually H!P does lip sync its not often though. Only during tv performance mostly.
I know when MDSK came out there was live singing and lip syncing. I know berryz lipsynced for Heroine (which I don’t know why they don’t need to lipsync) Sometimes it’s just what they show wants so.
